Confirmed first broadcasts UT Friday October 22 at 0130 on WRMIs: 5850 VG direct, 7780 S9/+15 into UTwente SDR; at 0156 direct: 5850 S9+20/30, 7780 S9/+10 but sounds much weaker and noisy (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** U S A [+non]. 15770, Oct 21 at 1447, unusually no signal from this WRMI; comparing: too-close 15825 WWCR is a JBA carrier, as is 15230 Cuba; but 15140 RHC is S9+10. At 1539 also no 15770 into UTwente or Maine SDRs (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
